Shipping Schedule

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10am to 5pm. We do our best to ship all orders upon receipt of payment within 2 business days.

International Shipping

In order to place an international order, please send an email to support@jhioutdoors.com.

Tracking Your Package

To track your Items, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find the tracking number. Then simply go to the respective parcel service providers web site & track your package. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to email us at support@jhioutdoors.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We as merchants are not liable for any lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed merchandise (as we will only use the address provided at the time of checkout), once the item has shipped, the respective parcel delivery service provider is responsible for shipment. For lost or stolen packages identify your tracking number (please refer to your shipping confirmation email from JHI). Then you should contact the respective parcel delivery service provider with your tracking number for further assistance.
